COVID – Face coverings are optional for our guests and service providers at this time, however, if you are more comfortable with your service provider wearing a mask during your treatment, simply make a request when booking your appointment.

RESERVATIONS – Our Spa Reservation Agents are available to advise and assist you with treatment selections. Please notify us if you are taking any medications, have had recent surgery, are pregnant or have any other health concerns.
ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT – As a new client, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, and 20 minutes prior on subsequent appointments.
For the benefit of everyone, we ask that you silence your cell phone and pager, and that you refrain from cell phone use during your treatment or in the relaxation area.
CANCELLATION POLICY – A major credit card is required to reserve Spa services. We ask that you notify us within 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Cancellations that are not received within 24 hours are subject to a full charge to your credit card. 72 hours is required for spa parties.
SERVICE CHARGE – Gratuities are appreciated. For your convenience, an 20% service charge will be automatically applied to your bill for spa parties and deluxe packages.
GIFT CERTIFICATES – Gift Certificates are available for purchase. They are non-refundable and non-redeemable if lost or stolen.
RETURN POLICY – Retail items may be returned with receipt within 30 days for store credit only. Credit is applicable toward retail products only.
